Since 1999, Bawarchee has been a name close to a lot of hearts in the city of Ahmedabad, serving traditional Punjabi and north Indian cuisine. We are now “Bawarchee 2.0”, wherein a wide range of the dishes on the menu are now infused with modern fusion flavours and comfort ingredients.
Chefs, as artists, employing heat to transform ingredients is the closest thing to alchemy, however, predictability sometimes takes the magic away, which is why we try to create and incorporate subtle expressions of surprise filled with emotion, elegance and simplicity, 100 % from our hearts.
